A very clean and sweet coffee from Bolivia from Finca Las Alasitas. We have been working with the Los Rodriguez family for 4 consecutive years and we absolutely love all their coffees. This is the high-volume Caturra from this year, perfect for a simple but solid espresso with tasting notes of kiwi, nougat and brown sugar.

Agricafe is a Bolivian family business which produces coffee from its own farms and sources high quality micro lots from small producers in the regions of Los Yungas and Santa Cruz. As pioneers within South American specialty coffee, Agricafe initially entered the coffee industry in 1986, when Pedro Rodriguez decided to pursue his passion for agriculture. Over 36 years later, he has seen and lived the ups and downs of Bolivian coffee and is now working alon his daughter Daniela and his son Pedro Pablo.
For 29 years, they have been sourcing and exporting coffee, but due to the reduction of coffee production, they have decided to invest in planting their own farms and to ensure a supply of high quality coffee and future sustainability. As of now, they have 12 farms, 8 in Los Yungas in La Paz and 4 in Samaipata in Santa Cruz, which adhere to high quality standards.Their aim is to create the highest quality coffee farms. To assist with this, they have started working with international experts to develop farm plans that allow every tree to grow healthily. They have also applied these standards to their Sol de la Mañana program, which is a quest to educate around 100 local producers by providing training and skills necessary to improve the quality of their farms.

賞味NPC 第21日·虹吸·玻璃濾芯風味結論：白提子風味突出，擁有明顯細核高果實酸香風味。相較奇異果風味，較易先聯想到青蘋果，再漸漸聯想起青綠色生果之一嘅奇異果肉。餘韻的絲滑感與奇異果肉的滑溜質感亦略似。重中之重係性價比，$0.45/克，就算作為daily coffee都絕對係大眾選擇！
