Order & Payment

To secure the pre-orders for each vendor, we must meet our order goals altogether.

Shortly after a goal bar reaches 100%, we will close the pre-order submission for that vendor and kick start the order confirmation process.

If a goal bar does not reach 100% before the pre-order deadline, we may extend the deadline or suspend that round if the goal can hardly be reached.

Hence, it is highly recommended to place your orders as early as possible before the chance is gone!

Remember, we can always add items for your via DM before pre-order closes. So a good tactic is to order first; add more later!

We guarantee matching offical MSRP (if not better!). At the same time, we offer the convenience for customers who prefer to pay by Credit Card online with a service charge by the payment service provider (4%!).

To encourage customers to pay outside, we will subtract the 4% from the total before confirming your order.

This applies to both stock & pre-order items.

  1. Create a customer account first. If you need delivery, please make sure the recipent's full name and contact number is perfectly correct. For mainland, Macau and Taiwan customers, please make sure you fill with your legal name in Chinese to avoid further holdups at the customs.
  2. Add your favorites to your shopping cart.
  3. Choose one of the available payment options you desire. Outside payments (e.g. FPS/PayMe) are best for local customers or credit card online is also available for both local & overseas customers.
  4. We only charge you after we confirmed your order. If we can’t fulfil your order, any pre-approved payments will be voided and refunded.

If you choose outside payments, we will subtract 4% off your order total before confirming your order. (Thank you!!)

Once you receive our confirmation email, settle payment within 48 hours via the provided link and keep proof of transaction.

Stay updated by checking your account order status—we’ll update it promptly!

Yes, but act fast! DM us via WhatsApp (link in our IG bio: @even0coffee) before the pre-order deadline. After that, changes may not be possible—thanks for understanding!

Shipping

To keep shipping free & simple, we only ship when all items in your order are ready.

If you want stock items ASAP, please place a separate order.

Pickup

We offer two pick-up options:

  • CoffeerAlex (Causeway Bay) – Available bi-weekly on Saturday nights (pre-arrange 2 days in advance).
  • even0 Workshop (Tsuen Wan) – Flexible time, but booking required.

Rested Beans

Yes! Some roasters (e.g., Prodigal, US) offer rested beans from previous batches for those who want to make great coffee asap.

If you see these on the roaster’s website, DM us the roast date, size & quantity, and we’ll do our best to get them for you.

If your preferred roast date sells out, we’ll automatically switch to the next available batch.

Refund Policy

Orders are non-refundable unless we can’t fulfil them. Pre-order arrival dates depend on multiple parties. We always work hard to deliver ASAP!

Prices in HKD may fluctuate slightly due to currency conversion (+/- HK$1~5), but final checkout prices are fixed.

We always match or beat official prices. If something seems off, DM us—it could be a typo, and we’d love to fix it!
