Order & Payment
To secure the pre-orders for each vendor, we must meet our order goals altogether.
Shortly after a goal bar reaches 100%, we will close the pre-order submission for that vendor and kick start the order confirmation process.
If a goal bar does not reach 100% before the pre-order deadline, we may extend the deadline or suspend that round if the goal can hardly be reached.
Hence, it is highly recommended to place your orders as early as possible before the chance is gone!
Remember, we can always add items for your via DM before pre-order closes. So a good tactic is to order first; add more later!
When pre-orders open (usually for 1 week), add your favorites to your cart.
Choose one of the available payment options you desire. Offline payments are best for local customers or credit card online (with a service charge) is also available for overseas customers.
We only charge you after the pre-order closes and we confirm your order. If we can’t fulfil your order, any pre-approved payments will be voided and refunded.
Once you receive our confirmation email, settle payment within 48 hours via the provided link and keep proof of transaction.
