Appointment only. No walk-in queue. Storefront calendar shows about 30 days and requires 2 days’ lead time.

90-minute session deposits (credited to on-site spend, excluding 4% online fee): Sat/Sun before 20:30 HK$100; Tue/Thu 20:30 HK$250 (min 2 guests); Fri and Sat/Sun from 20:30 HK$300. Max 6 guests.

Whole-bar private hire: Friday and Saturday 20:30–01:00 only, HK$1,000 per guest, min 4 / max 6. Mutually exclusive with that night’s 90-minute evening slots.

Saturdays and Sundays 19:30–20:30 is a break. Mondays and Wednesdays have no sessions. Sundays are biweekly from 2026-09-27.

Pour-over class POP101: two 2-hour sessions, 2–4 guests, Cantonese, HK$1,280. Current pair 2026-10-11 and 2026-11-15. Payment due 7 days before session 1 (2026-10-04 for this cohort).

Do not tell users hours of Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri 20:00–23:00 or a 7-day trial calendar. Those rules are retired.
