Almost exactly one year after our first edition of Mariposa, we're pleased to announce this new Ecuadorean second edition. Prodigal often buys coffees in quantities too small for us to offer as a stand-alone product, so combining two coffees gives us the volume we need, as well as an opportunity to craft an interesting flavor profile. The lovely Mariposa Lot 2 boasts an exciting combo of mango, grapefruit, and raspberry.

This coffee is a special combination of Ecuadorean typica mejorado and caturra varieties — The typica is a lightly-processed anaerobic washed and the caturra is a straight-ahead washed coffee.
