Llano Redondo gesha first hit the Prodigal menu two years ago, and now it's back! This coffee is a lovely combo of peach cobbler, grapefruit, and raspberry.

Third generation coffee producer Jesús Ángel López has overseen the beautiful Finca Llano Redondo for the past 14 years. With support from InConexus and mentorship from his father, Jesús is producing some amazing coffees like this gesha. This limited coffee was a premium subscriber-exclusive, and now our small supply is available to everyone!

About the Processing:

Only ripe cherries were collected, sorted by density, de-pulped and fermented in tanks for 48 hours. After the washing step, the coffee dried on semi-shade canopies for 15 to 20 days depending on weather conditions.
