even0 Drip-Disc Scales-free Recipe

1. Soak grounds, wait for fruity scent (takes about 30-60 secs).
2. Fill disc to the top, wait until you see ground surface again.
3. Refill to the top again, wait for drip to stop (around 2m total brew time).
4. Enjoy it!

Precise Recipe for Coffee Enthusiasts

1. Water solution: 600ml with Lotus Water custom recipe (straight tube: Ca5 Mg4 Na3 K2)
2. Water Temperature: 89°C
3. Pre-infuse with 1:4 (12.5:50) coffee to water ratio, for 40 secs or until ripe fruit sweetness aroma become obvious
4. 1st Pour: Pour to the center at 6g/s pouring rate up to 110g
5. Wait until the ground surface completely shows
6. 2nd Pour: Pour to the center at 6g/s pouring rate up to 200g
7. Once finished dripping, remove the eDD to enjoy your cup of excellence!
