Crafted through three years of experimental processing by DAK’s partners in Ethiopia. This yeast-assisted semi-anaerobic natural coffee features a dense, silky body with a very subtle, elegant boozy nuance. It perfectly balances the deep sweetness of stewed strawberries and brown sugar with the bright acidity of apricot.

歷經三年實驗淬鍊的特殊批次。透過添加酵母輔助的半厭氧日曬處理，造就了極為絲滑、黏稠的 Body，並帶有一絲若有似無的優雅酒香。風味完美平衡了燉煮草莓與黑糖的深沈甜感，以及杏桃般明亮的酸質，層次豐富且細膩。
