Myth about coffee freshness.

These are light roasted coffee that takes longer time to settle which takes up to 3-4 weeks before all the grassy - or punchy - fragrance to fade away. Once settled, you will be able to enjoy the true characters of these coffee at their best within the next 2-3 weeks. It is totally fine to use them overly fresh, too, but I recommend a 5 mins airing time after ground before brewing them.
