The Colombian hits keep on coming! Our latest addition, El Pilon, brings us vibrant plum, red grape, and hibiscus flavors. 

For over half a century, Buena Vista Ancestral Los Robles farm has been meticulously cared for, passing from father to son. Now led by Don Ilde Burbano, the farm balances tradition with innovation, producing exceptional coffee while preserving a portion of its land as native forest to support biodiversity. With over a hectare of land dedicated to coffee, Don Ilde and his team grow a wide variety of cherries. This lot "El Pilon" represents one of the farm's newer ventures of pink bourbon trees.

About the Processing:

Only ripe cherries were collected and then sorted by density. After depulping, the coffee was submerged in a minimum of water for 24 hours. Following two washing stages, the coffee dried for 18-25 days.
