When can I start pre-ordering?

The “Open for Pre-Order” collection will be updated 3-5 days before corresponding deadline. Please submit your orders within the designated time periods. This will help us prevent stock shortages and avoid payment complications. Make sure to check the schedule on our main page and submit your orders accordingly.

Can I order before pre-order opens?

To ensure a seamless payment process and accurate stock inventory, any orders made too far in advance and/or currently not under the “Available for Pre-Order” collection with approved credit card payment will be cancelled. Any payments made for cancelled orders will be voided and will not result in charges.

我幾時可以開始預訂？

每逢截單日5天前，「可預訂」貨架會於截單日前5-3天更新。於截單日前提交訂單，就可以啦。除咗可以避免缺貨，仲可以避免增加不必要之付款程序。留意主頁預購時間表，按時間表交訂單就冇煩惱啦～

可以開始預訂之前落單嗎？

為減低付款流程出錯及缺貨情況，任何以信用卡預先付款，並過早落單或包含「可預訂」貨架以外商品嘅訂單，都會被取消。相關訂單中，預先批核之款項將全數退回。
